Formed plastic is made from Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB).  CAB is a tough UV stable, non-petroleum, completely recyclable plastic that comes in a wide variety of letter styles, or can be customized to match virtually an letter style or logo.

Injection Molded letters provide the look and feel of cast metal in a plastic product.  These letters have a square face, giving the impression of a painted cast aluminum letter.
